I’m a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon who is dedicated to navigating the maze of healthcare with a surge of laughter, great leaps, and, of course, a touch of brainy brilliance with an emphasis on prevention & wellness
A proud graduate of the University of Louisville School of Medicine (2011), where I honed the art of not only studying my 20s away but also mastering the intricacies of sleepless nights
My residency training (2011-2018) at Northwestern Memorial Hospital played out like a medical sitcom, complete with advanced training in complex spine surgery – because simple surgeries are so last season.
Fellowship training (2018-2019) at The Mayo Clinic became a transformative journey, equipping me with the skills to navigate the complexities of neuro-oncology with a blend of precision, compassion, and a touch of lightheartedness.

When I’m not in the operating room, you can find me conquering mountains – both literally and metaphorically.
I’ve …..
danced with Kilimanjaro
waltzed with Mt. Blanc,
tangoed with Grand Paradiso
Foxtrot my way up Mt. Ranier
and even did the cha-cha with Everest Base Camp
because who wouldn’t want a neurosurgeon who can ascend to new heights?

Certified in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), because balanced hormones are the key to a happy life! I’m not just fixing spines; I’m fine-tuning the whole symphony of health.
A fervent advocate for HOLISTIC CARE and PLANT-BASED MEDICINE, I believe in nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. Let’s not just fix what’s broken; let’s cultivate wellness from the roots up.
“Our job is improving the quality of life, not just delaying death.” Hunter Patch Adams
Best of all, I enjoy sharing life with those I love. I’m a simple girl, that grew up on a farm in Flemingsburg, Kentucky. Accomplishments aside, my favorite trait is having been brought up in a working-class family. It taught me an appreciation of life’s small things, the ability to relate to common people, understand common problems and what it’s like to work for what you earn. But best of all, it taught me not to take myself too seriously because…at the end of the day….we are the same. One people. One love. <3
